Dirt Spill Temporarily Blocks Lanes Eastbound Ortega Highway
A dirt spill temporarily closed lanes of the State Route 74, Ortega Highway, Monday afternoon.
SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, CA — A load of spilled dirt blocked eastbound lanes on State Route 74, Caltrans reported Monday.
Lanes east of the Nichols Institute in Orange County were blocked for about an hour during cleanup, they said.
Roads were reopened after 3:15 p.m. in time for afternoon traffic.
