Crash On Hwy 121 Near Sonoma Raceway Causes Serious Injuries: CHP
Multiple cars were involved in the collision on Highway 121, north of the junction at Highway 37/Sears Point Road, according to the CHP.
SONOMA VALLEY, CA — At least one person was seriously injured in a multiple-vehicle collision Wednesday night on state Highway 121 near Sonoma Raceway in unincorporated Sonoma County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP said the crash was first reported at 8:23 p.m. just north of the junction with state Highway 37. The two vehicles involved were a Jeep Cherokee and Ford F-150. The drivers were transported to a hospital, one with major injuries.
Both directions of the highway were closed and then reopened to one-way traffic control for around two hours as CHP investigated the crash and cleared wreckage from the roadway.

The cause of the collision was not immediately determined.
