Mountain Lion Possibly Spotted In Foothill Regional Park In Windsor
California Fish and Wildlife was also notified about the lion.

A citizen reported to a passing deputy that a Mountain Lion was possibly seen in Foothill Regional Park.

Deputies are checking the park and have not located anything at this point. California Fish and Wildlife was also notified about the lion.
The mountain lion was just seen in the area, was not behaving in a threatening manner towards our reporting party. This is just a reminder to be mindful of your surroundings when in the park not just today but any day. Mountain Lions are native to the area and can come down into the park area.
