Presentation School Presents "Our Town"

The Presentation School Middle School Drama Department presents Thorton Wilder's "Our Town," directed by Lauren Miller on Thursday, November 3rd and Friday, November 4th at 7pm on the McNeely Stage at 20872 Broadway. This classic play explores life, love, death and loss in a small, quintessentially American town.  The entire cast is comprised of Presentation Middle School students.  Tickets at $10 and available at the school office of online at www.presentationschool.com.

The Presentation School stages two full-length student theatre arts productions each year, a fall drama and a spring all-school musical.  Last spring's "Peter Pan" played to a packed house and received rave reviews.  The school's spring musical will be announced on the opening night of "Our Town."

Said Director Lauren Miller, "The mission of Presentation's performing arts program is to teach the students to appreciate the work of others, to prepare for a life-long interest in the arts, and to use a theatrical setting to experience empathy, apathy and a deeper understanding of others."
