PETALUMA - The Sonoma County Sheriff Coroner's Office has identified the man killed June 29 in a big rig crash on Lakeville Highway south of Petaluma. The coroner's office says the driver who died in the commercial truck collision that Wednesday afternoon near Old Lakeville Road #2, has been identified as 31-year-old Melvin Leiva, a Los Angeles resident. His family was located and informed of his death.
