Permit Sonoma Rezoning Housing Sites For Housing Update - Draft EIR Available For Public Review

On April 19, 2021, Permit Sonoma staff is publishing a Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR), which analyzes the environmental impact of potentially rezoning 59 sites in unincorporated Sonoma County to accommodate the county’s housing need. The Draft EIR can be downloaded
from the project website

A public review period for the Draft EIR will begin April 19 and end June 18. All interested parties are also invited to submit comments in writing throughout the public review period, and comments will be accepted during a public hearing on May 20 before the Planning Commission.
