Vandalism: A manager reported that, sometime between Jan. 27 and Jan. 28, an unknown person broke the glass in an alcove to the right of the bank's ATM.

Public Intoxication: Police arrested a 27-year-old Boyes Hot Springs resident who they found walking in the roadway, displaying signs of intoxication.

Public Intoxication: Police responded to a domestic disturbance call from a resident of the 500 block of Fifth Street West. They found a 55-year-old man sitting on the front porch, where he said he'd set up after failing to get in through the front door. Police arrested the man and charged him with being drunk in public and a probation violation.
Monday, Jan. 31
Battery: Police responded to reports of two 14-year-old boys fighting at 9:52 a.m. at . One of the boys said he was jogging on the school's track when the second boy insulted his mother and called him "emo," a derogatory term for "emotional." The boy than said he slugged his perpetrator, leading to a 30 second fight between the two boys. One of the boys received a small cut on his cheek, and police issued both boys citations for fighting on school grounds.
Wednesday, Feb. 2
Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor: Police arrested an 18-year-old Sonoma man, who admitted to drinking a 32 oz beer. After transporting the man to the police department, a routine search uncovered an illegal switchblade knife, with a four-inch blade, hooked to his boxers.
Thursday, Feb. 3
Hit and Run: At 1:23 a.m. Police responded to reports of a dark SUV hitting two parked cars on the 900 block of West Spain Street. Police picked up Juan Echeverria, 38, driving a green Kia SUV with a broken mirror, that fit the description of the fleeing vehicle. A blood test revealed his blood alcohol level to be .169 percent. Echeverria was not booked, pending the accident report.
Found Property: Police found an orange cruiser bike with the name "relm" inscribed.
