Snapchat Marijuana Deal Ends In Agua Caliente Fight, Arrests
When the buyer refused to pay for the marijuana, all four people present allegedly began fighting, the Sonoma County Sheriff's Office said.
SONOMA VALLEY, CA — Sonoma County sheriff's deputies arrested three suspects in a marijuana robbery and fight in the community of Agua Caliente north of Sonoma Sunday. A person selling marijuana met another person on Snap Chat who wanted to buy marijuana and both met around 3:15 p.m. in the 400 block of Agua Caliente Road West.
Two other people were with the buyer, identified as 18-year-old Guillermo Hurtado of Sonoma, and when he refused to pay for the marijuana, all four allegedly began fighting. The seller was punched and kicked and hit in the back of the head with a gun, and Hurtado allegedly drove away in a Toyota Prius. The other two suspects ran, sheriff's officials said.
The buyer identified a 16-year-old suspect as the person who hit him with a gun, and deputies, who also were familiar with the suspect, went to his home. The teen was taken to the sheriff's Sonoma Valley substation and interviewed.
