The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for administrative hearing officer services.

The Department of Health Services is soliciting proposals from a qualified organization(s) or individual to provide services as an Administrative Hearing Officer in Certification Review Hearings, at a number of locations, including Aurora Santa Rosa Hospital and the County’s Crisis
Stabilization Unit. This solicitation is not intended to create an exclusive service agreement and multiple agreement awards may be made. The Department retains the ability, at its sole discretion, to add qualified Contractors at any time.
