The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Housing and Support Services.

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide 10 short-term, supportive housing beds for Sonoma County’s Local Indigent Care Needs Program (LICN Program). The target population will be homeless individuals ages 21 to 64 in Sonoma County with complex behavioral health issues who have recently been discharged by the Sonoma County Adult Detention Center and/or acute care providers. Intensive case management services for homeless individuals placed in the contracted 10 beds is expected to be provided by the awarded contractor.
