For seven years, two varieties of cheddar cheeses sat aging till the perfect taste was achieved.
When the big day came, Sonoma Creamery unveiled a perfect smoky cheddar and another chili cheddar at the 7th Annual Artisan Cheese Festival. Both were packed with a rich, inimitable flavor that only comes with age.
