Police responded to a call from McDonalds on Highway 12 saying that a man was creating a disturbance. The man, who was unhappy with his order, drove through the drive-through four times, and threw his food back through the window, according to a manager. The manager refunded the man's money that he'd paid for his sandwich; the man wanted a full refund. Deputies arrested a 22-year-old El Verano man, who showed symptoms of alcohol intoxication. Because he'd been driving, deputies handed him over to the California Highway Patrol.
