Town Hall Meeting on Sonoma Developmental Center
Officials to discuss transition plans and host Q&A with residents
SONOMA, CA — State and local officials will discuss plans Thursday night for the closing of the Sonoma Developmental Center. A question and answer period will follow.
Who: Senators Bill Dodd and Mike McGuire, along with Assemblywoman Cecilia Aguiar-Curry and Supervisor Susan Gorin.
Also: State Department of Developmental Services Director Nancy Bargmann will give a transition update. Other speakers include community health providers and a representative of the Parent Hospital Association.
