What Moves You To Your Best Personal Health? Active Aging Talk
Thursday, Oct. 1, beginning at 1:30 pm through ZOOM, Dr. Ellen Barnett will lead a fun interactive session about self-care. Plan to join.
Plan to participate in Thursday's (10/01 beginning at 1:30 pm - ZOOM) interactive discussion on self-care.
“Self-care“ in these difficult days can sometime feel like one more list of things we ‘should’ be doing. This session will offer participants easy tools to have on hand when a moment of reflection on what matters most can bring some calm to our lives.
The session will be interactive and fun. Have a 3x5 card or piece of paper handy, and a pencil - colored pencils or markers if you have them. - Ellen Barnett, MD

The talks are open to the community without charge and will be held through the Zoom Webinar platform (each talk will have its own unique link provided at registration), from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm on four consecutive Thursdays, September 10, 17 and 24, and October 1.
