Andaz Maui Offers A Modern Upscale Resort in Wailea
hotel captures spirit and feel of today's Maui

Located in Maui’s premier southwestern coastline along Mokapu Beach, the 15-acre beachfront Andaz Maui at Wailea Resort and Spa is the 10th hotel for the brand.

The Rockwell Group designed the resort to reflect the local culture with an entry bridge featuring Ambrato stones, mahogany wood, fish ponds, and a lobby sandpit overlooking multiple infinity pools above pristine beaches. Andaz hosts check guests in via tablet and provide an extensive overview and tour of the property.

The 297 guestrooms, suites and villas house platform beds, walnut and teak furnishings, free snacks, a coffeemaker, fridge, and a huge balcony overlooking the four infiniti pools and ocean. The gallery-designed bathrooms feature very large rainfall showers with white oak shutters opening to the bedroom.

Food at the Andaz is focused on dishes utilizing farm fresh sustainable locally sourced ingredients. The Ka’ana Kitchen offers an outstanding daily brunch featuring a wide variety of fresh squeezed juices and seasonal fare.



For breakfast and brunch, diners can choose to order off of the menu of enjoy one of two buffet options. The pantry option for $28 includes fruit, potatoes, pastries and eggs while the breakfast experience option includes pancakes, waffles, omelets, French toast, sushi, sausages and other local dishes for $45.

The open kitchen inside area of the restaurant features a huge fresh juice bar offering five unique juices daily using a combination of pineapple, carrot, kale, apple, papaya, guava, watermelon and other
fruits and vegetables.







Brunch option highlights include the steamed pork buns with scramble eggs and hoisin sauce, malasada with passionfruit butter, Kalua pork benedict, apple pancakes, lo mein and Portuguese sausage, breakfast bruschetta with tropical fruit and mascarpone, and a Hawaiian bento box with logganisa sausage, egg and fried rice.









Ka’ana Kitchen offers lunch and dinner focusing on farm to table cuisine, also offering views overlooking the pools, lagoon and ocean. They have seasonal dinners combining custom cocktails with dishes highlighting local ingredients.










Morimoto Maui offers closer beach views and upscale Japanese cuisine by masterchef Masaharu Morimoto.




The Awili Spa incorporates local herbs into customized Omakase treatments. Upon arrival, a blending specialist chooses from dozens of fresh ingredients to fit each guest’s specific needs. After a massage, scrub, or facial, guests can unwind in one of three relaxation rooms, work out in the 24-hour fitness center or swim and lounge in the adult spa pool.
