Black Angus Serves Up Spring Menu

Special new seasonal dishes, drinks and desserts

Black Angus Steakhouses are serving up new special menu items celebrating spring inspired flavors.

Diners can begin meals with new custom cocktails and a mocktail including their Honey Passion Tea Cooler with house infused honey Smirnoff vodka, passion fruit and ice tea; Strawberry Fields Mule with Bacardi Limon rum, strawberries, citrus, blackberry and ginger beer and a Triple Berry Agua Fresca with house made lime agave soda, strawberry, blackberry and blueberry. Also a must order is their sweet molasses bread.

Appetizers include sweet and spicy cauliflower, a fire grilled artichoke and crispy fried garlic pepper zucchini with cucumber dip.

Main courses include New Zealand rack of lamb marinated with rosemary and garlic; mint chimichurri and two side dishes; rib-eye or New York strip steak with side dishes and a variety of steak butters and toppers; prime rib; lobster tails and fire grilled jumbo shrimp.

Desserts include lemon poppy seed layer cake with lemon buttercream frosting and fresh honey-tossed strawberries, New York style cheesecake and their famous sky high mud pie.
