A collision in Fairfield sent three people to a hospital Monday night after one of them was extricated from their car, fire officials said.
The collision was reported at about 8 p.m., when one car slammed into the side of another car at the intersection of the Manuel Campos Parkway and North Texas Street.
A total of three people were taken to a trauma center as a result of the crash. Their condition was not immediately available.
