Fairfield-Suisun Teacher Dies After Brief Hospital Stay
BREAKING: The 40-year-old taught at the school district's Public Safety Academy.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA -- A public school teacher who worked at the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District's Public Safety Academy passed away over the weekend. School district superintendent Kris Corey confirmed that 40-year-old Tori Ridosh died after a short hospital stay.
Ridosh was originally hired by the district in 2002 and taught at Bransford and Tolenas elementary schools along with Sullivan Middle School before starting to teach at the academy in 2012, Corey said.
"It's been a challenging situation," Corey said. "Nothing ever prepares you for it."
