Police Identify Solano County Man As Oakland Homicide Victim
The 24-year-old was one of three homicide victims identified Thursday by the Oakland Police Department.

BAY AREA, CA — Oakland police on Thursday identified three recent homicide victims. Toryon Hardy, 29, of Hayward and Oakland, and Akinsha Davis, 24, of Fairfield, were identified as the two men fatally shot at 1:34 a.m. Saturday in the 1800 block of International Boulevard.
Police said Carlos Martinez, 21, was the man fatally shot 12:18 a.m. Wednesday in the 1600 block of Auseon Avenue.
A 22-year-old Oakland man was also shot but is in stable condition at a hospital, according to police.

Oakland police and Crime Stoppers Of Oakland are offering a reward for any information that leads to an arrest in either case.
