Updated: Power Outage In Eastern Suisun City Affects Over 700

UPDATE 2:00 PM-

Power has been restored as of 2:00 p.m. to all remaining customers who lost their electricity in an eastern portion of Suisun City this morning. A faulty transformer was to blame, according to Suisun City Police.

About 213 customers in Eastern Suisun City remain without power this morning as of 10 a.m. due to a blown transformer.

SUISUN CITY - The Suisun City Police Department is advising residents of the Eastern portion of the city who have lost power that a transformer in the area has malfunctioned.

The PG&E website indicates 729 customers without power at 9:20 a.m.

There is no estimated time on restoring power to the area as yet.

Pacific Gas and Electric is on the scene of the blown transformer and will be working to restore power to the area as quickly as possible.
