Rotary Raises Record Riches in Annual Auction
Fairfield Suisun Rotary fundraiser will support Meals on Wheels, Food Bank and others this holiday season.

The Fairfield Suisun Rotary Club teamed up with Paradise Valley Estates and Portrero Hills Landfill to raise $6000 in 20 minutes to fund local non-profits and community service projects.
The fundraiser was part of the Rotary’s Annual Gift Auction in which teams of Rotarians bid on gift bags during their meeting to raise funds for the club. Usually the bags contain wine, gift cards or Christmas goodies for the teams to share.
This year, the gift bags instead contained $3000 in charitable contributions made in the Club’s name and funded by PVE and Portrero.

With the $1000 from the gift bag and $3000 given by members of the Rotary Club bidding on the bags, the total raised for the Club was $4000.
