Silverado to Host the PGA Tour's 2015 FRYS.COM Open

The resort has begun selling packages for the October tournament.

The PGA Tour will return to the Napa Valley again in October 2015. The Silverado Resort and Spa, which hosted the Frys.com Open in 2014, has finalized a contract to again serve as the venue in 2015.

Silverado previously hosted fourteen PGA TOUR tournaments from 1968 through 1980, the Kaiser International and the Anheuser-Busch Golf Classic.

“The feedback we received last year from the spectators, the players and their families was overwhelmingly positive,” said John Evans, Silverado Resort’s Managing Director. “The North Course more than held its own against the world’s best. And it’s not just golf; you have Thomas Keller’s Ad Lib pop-up restaurant, wineries offering tastings, and many other aspects that make this a quintessential Napa experience. It gives the tournament such a unique feel that only adds to the world class golf.”
