Cities have significant limitations in dealing with this issue effectively, given the inadequate funding and current laws. We will be hosting a series of workshops on the issue of Homelessness, with encampments being our first topic. Please come share your thoughts on this important topic so that City Councilmembers can hear from you directly. Your opinions are important and will help shape future action and policies.”
