Suisun City Extends Time For Committee/Commission Applications To January 5th

In order to get greater resident participation in committees and commissions, Suisun City will be extending the deadline to apply by two weeks, accepting submissions until January 5th. Suisun City is looking for interested residents to serve on various commissions and committees, including:

• Planning Commission – 4 Year terms – 4 vacancies• Recreation, Parks, Marina & Arts Commission – 4 Year terms – 3 vacancies• Housing Authority Tenant Commissioner – 2 Year terms – 2 vacancies• Senior Coalition of Solano County – 2 Year terms – 1 vacancy• STA Bicycle Advisory Committee – 3 Year terms – 1 vacancy• STA Pedestrian Advisory Committee – 3 Year terms – 1 vacancy• Solano Commission for Women and Girls – 3 Year terms – 1 vacancy
