Suisun City Highway 12 Logistics Center RFP

The City of Suisun City is pleased to announce the release of an RFP for the Highway 12 Logistics Center project. The RFP is for interested consulting firms for 1) Preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR); and 2) Project planning/coordination services. Consultants may respond to either or both aspects of the RFP. The proposed project is for a high-cube, industrial development on property at Pennsylvania and Highway 12 within the western sphere of influence of the city. Please submit questions to John Kearns, Senior Planner via email at jkearns@suisun.com by close of business Monday January 4. Staff will provide responses to any questions received by January 6, 2021. Proposals are due January 13 by 5PM.
