SOLANO COUNTY, CA -- A big rig crashed Tuesday in Solano County. The incident was reported around 10:34 a.m. on eastbound Interstate 80 near Scales, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The CHP incident log said the big rig crashed, spilling fuel onto the roadway.
