TEMECULA, CA ? Two separate crashes disrupted I-15 traffic both north and southbound near Temecula Tuesday morning, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch.

At 9 a.m., a white Tahoe heading northbound lost control for unknown reasons and collided with a guardrail head-on, according to CHP. No one was injured in that crash, according to a Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department spokesperson, and a tow truck was called to the scene.

Roughly an hour later, southbound I-15 traffic was also disrupted due to a white van that broke down for unknown reasons, blocking the #1 lane. A tow truck was also called for that vehicle, CHP said. That incident caused residual slowing southbound through the area as traffic backed up to just before the Temecula Parkway offramp.
