TEMECULA, CA ? It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas at the Promenade Temecula Mall, and this weekend, rain or shine, the holiday tree lighting is scheduled to take place at 40750 Winchester Road, in front of the Edwards Movie Theater.

On Saturday, starting at 4 p.m. for giveaways, 5 p.m. for community performances and 6 p.m. for the main event, visitors are invited to the plaza in front of Regal Edwards Cinema for the "Together We Shine: Holidays Around The World" show.

"Don't miss this year's Santa's Arrival and Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony," organizers say. Bundle up, as the weather may be frightful.
