Arsenal FC South Adds Coach Perry Ludwig To Staff

TEMECULA, CA — Arsenal FC South announces the formation of a premier Girls 2005 team, coached by Perry Ludwig, who joins the Arsenal program for the 2019/20 season. The Girls 2005 team anticipates a Flight 1 seed in SCDSL, as well as will be named the ECNL2 2005 team for the program. Girls will have an opportunity to roster and play for our current ECNL team in league games and National Showcases.

The two time and current Coach of the Year at Temecula United, Perry Ludwig has coached soccer in southwest Riverside County for the past 10 years. He currently holds a National “D” coaching license and brings with him a 71% winning percentage to Arsenal FC South. After completing an undefeated 2018 SCDSL season, he plans to continue that success in 2019/20.

“I am looking forward to developing the Arsenal FC South Girls 2005 team and guiding them toward new opportunities within the ECNL program,” said Ludwig.

With the support structure of Arsenal FC, the guidance of Director of Coaches Kevin Koptieff, support of the Arsenal FC South Coaches and staff, the Girls 2005 team will receive the best in local training, opportunities and high-level gameplay in Southwest Riverside County.

“We are very excited about the addition of Perry Ludwig to our coaching staff,” Koptieff said. “Perry has a wealth of experience and will add his professional expertise and knowledge to our current staff. Our goal is to provide each player the opportunity to play at the highest level in youth soccer, and Perry shares that vision with Arsenal FC.
