CalTrans Kicks Off I-15 Lane Replacement In Temecula
The project is expected to continue through Friday. Nightly lane closures are expected.
TEMECULA, CA — Commuters on southbound I-15 in Temecula this week are urged to drive safely and plan ahead for potential delays during a lane replacement project.
From Monday through Friday, CalTrans crews will work to replace lanes No. 3 and 4 between the Riverside and San Diego County line and the area north of the Temecula Creek Bridge.
During daylight hours, road work will be done behind a concrete K-line barrier, a city spokesperson told Patch.

During overnight hours, from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m., lane closures are to be expected. At Southbound I-15 SR 79 from Temecula Parkway to Rainbow Valley, all but one southbound lane will be closed.
The Temecula Parkway on-ramp at Southbound I-15 SR 79 will also be closed.
