Congratulations, Jacob Kocaya, Great Oak High School Class Of 2021
Before this year's seniors head on to that next step in their lives, we want to take a moment to let their stars shine here on Patch.
TEMECULA, CA — The high school seniors of 2021 have had an experience like no other in a century — a year upended by a pandemic and by lockdowns that kept them from enjoying many of the activities that previous seniors have taken for granted.
Patch hopes to help make it up to those seniors by giving them a special sendoff. We asked parents and other family members to pay tribute to this year’s grads using a special submission form so we can publish those tributes one by one.
Jacob Kocaya will graduate from Great Oak High School.

Plans after graduation: Jr. College and then on to his dream school
Accomplishments: Great Oak Baseball Varsity, AVID all 4 years, all around great kid who made it through a tough year.

Special message: Jacob you did it! The Class of 2021 faced challenges never before faced, with an entire year of online learning. It was so difficult, but there were also some great moments. Way to go kid⚾️♥️⚾️
