A man shot and killed himself in a Temecula parking lot on Presidents Day, coroners officials report.
According to the agency, a 44-year-old local resident shot himself inside his vehicle Monday, while parked behind the shops located on Temecula Parkway, near Margarita Road.
He was pronounced dead just before 3 p.m.
The Riverside County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
