Elderly Man Airlifted After Fall From Horse In Aguanga
The fall was reported in the 41700 block of Saddleback Drive.
AGUANGA, CA — A man described as "elderly" suffered serious injuries after a horseback riding fall Monday in Aguanga, Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department reported.
The man was airlifted to a nearby hospital by Reach Air Medical after the fall that was reported at 3:27 p.m. in the 41700 block of Saddleback Drive.
There was no update on his condition.
