I-15 Traffic Jammed Through Temecula Following Crash

A traffic delay on the northbound 15 Freeway through Temecula Wednesday evening is due to a crash involving a downed motorcyclist, according to CHP reports.

The incident was reported at 5:44 p.m. between Rancho California and Winchester roads. The motorcyclist was lying in the number three lane, according to the report that indicated a Volkswagen was also involved in the collision.

There is no immediate word on the extent of injuries.

A Sigalert has been issued, although CHP is now reporting all activity has been moved to the center divide.
