Motorist Injured in Lake Elsinore Wreck
The victim was freed from the wreckage and taken to the hospital with moderate injuries.

A motorist was injured Tuesday in a crash at a Lake Elsinore intersection that left him briefly trapped in his vehicle.
The accident happened shortly before noon at Summerhill Drive and Corte Seriui, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

The driver was on Summerhill when lost control of his vehicle for unknown reasons and plowed into an object on the side of the road, where it begins a steep downward slope.
Two engine crews arrived minutes later and freed the victim from the wreckage. He was transported to an area trauma center for treatment of moderate injuries, a spokeswoman said.
