Mulch Fire Spreads To Vegetation Near Temecula
Forty-five firefighters were called to battle the blaze.

AGUANGA, CA -- A pile of mulch caught on fire Wednesday before spreading to vegetation in a community east of Temecula. The fire was reported at 11:31 a.m. at Lewis Valley and Bohill roads in Aguanga, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
Officials said the pile of mulch, which was about 1.25 acres and 10 to 15 feet deep, caught on fire and spread to two acres of vegetation.
Forty-five firefighters with eight engines were called to the scene, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.
