Overturned Vehicle On 15 Freeway Jams Temecula Traffic

TEMECULA, CA — A crash Thursday morning on the 15 Freeway at Rancho California Road in Temecula is causing delays through the region.

A car overturned just before 8:30 a.m. and lanes were blocked, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Preliminary information from the CHP indicted only minor injuries were sustained by the vehicle's occupants. However, traffic on both sides of the freeway was jammed through the area as of 9:30 a.m.

Motorists should expect delays, especially on the northbound side of the freeway.

There was no word on what caused the crash.
