Pechanga's Pablo Apis Descendant is FIRST RUNNER UP

Two time Miss Orange County, Elizabeth Sartuche of Clovis, CA daughter of Fred and Lorna Sartuche is tonights first runner up in the Miss California Pageant in Fresno, CA. Temecula's PAPLO APIS park is named for her 19th Century ancestor.
