A high school recruiting event is being held Wed. June 24th for jobs including a correctional deputy which as a starting pay of $38,147.

You’ve graduated … what’s next? Come speak to a local recruiter from the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. They are hiring for correctional deputies, Sheriff’s 911 communications officers, service officers, correctional cooks, food service workers, and various office positions.
Did you know that starting pay for a correctional deputy is $38,147 or that there is a $16,000 hiring bonus for Sheriff’s 911 communication officers?

Find out more at the recruiting event June 24 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Indio Workforce Development Center at 44199 Monroe St in Indio.
Or on July 25, Sheriff’s recruiters will be at Riverside Community College with answers to questions about law enforcement careers with the Sheriff. They’ll be testing for deputy sheriff and correctional deputy job openings and encourage you to schedule an appointment.
