Temecula Man Goes Missing In North County San Diego
The public's help is sought in finding Steve Mesa Turrey, 55, who has been missing since Tuesday night.
TEMECULA, CA — The search for a Temecula man who went missing Tuesday night after he walked away from an RV park in North County San Diego is continuing, and public leads are sought.
Steve Mesa Turrey, 55, was reported missing to the San Marcos Sheriff's Station on Wednesday, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.
Rochelle Checkos of Temecula, who is Turrey's daughter-in-law, said the Temecula man was working in Rancho Bernardo and staying at the All Seasons RV Park at 30012 Highway 395 in Escondido when he went missing around 11 p.m. Tuesday.

Turrey did not have a vehicle and his cellphone was dead, Checkos said.
Turrey is at-risk because of current medical and mental health issues that require medication, the sheriff's department reported.

Turrey is described as Hispanic, approximately 6-feet tall, weighing about 180 pounds with a shaved head and face. He has a scar on the back of his neck and was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, blue jeans, black boots, a plaid sweatshirt and a green beanie.
