Temecula United Partners with P4L Fitness and P3 Fitness

Temecula, Calif. May 28 2019 - Temecula United Soccer Club announces the selection of two local fitness clubs to provide sports performance training for the Club’s players. P3 Fitness will provide weekly training for the girls’ teams and P4L Fitness will train the boys’ teams once a week throughout the summer in preparation for the new soccer season. The two fitness clubs have worked closely with Temecula United to develop a soccer specific training schedule which emphasizes agility, speed, fitness and nutrition for soccer players.

"Although we have made this new summer fitness program through P3 and P4L part of the Club’s player curriculum, this isn’t new to our Club. Many of our players have been clients of these gyms for years already and have benefited tremendously from the work they put in at these gyms”, said Temecula United Vice-President, Trevor Wolf. "Seeing how the players have improved on the field after only a few months in the gym, it made sense to offer this to all of our players. The Club has fully embraced this program and will subsidize most of the costs associated with the sessions”.

P3 Fitness is located on Jefferson Avenue in Temecula and is owned by fitness guru and former bodybuilder, Priscilla Daniels. P4L Fitness is located on Single Oak Drive in Temecula and is owned and operated by Professional Trainer, Josh Hubby.

“We are always looking for a way to develop our soccer players”, said Temecula United Vice-President Trevor Wolf. “We have Futsal indoor soccer as part of our club wide athlete curriculum and adding sports performance training through P3 and P4L compliments the Club’s vision for optimal player development”.
