RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA — Restaurants, bakeries and doughnut shops throughout the Inland Empire are making it easy to share the love this Valentine's Day with special sweets, treats and dining deals.

Feb. 14 falls on a Sunday this year, so some specials run over the weekend. And some eateries require pre-ordering several days in advance. We've rounded up some of the most unique and tastiest offers for Patch's annual dining guide. Scroll through to see what's going on near you.
