In the abundance of caution and to do our part in reducing the spread of the COVID-19 health concern, district operations are changing for the immediate future and until further notice
Starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020, our administrative office will be closed to the public.

District offices will be staffed and available by telephone/email to answer your questions and service issues
during normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

EMERGENCIES
The District is available by phone at (949) 858-0277 to assist you in the event of a water or sewer emergency 24 hours a day / 7 days a week.
DISTRICT SERVICE BILL PAYMENTS
Payments can be made through the following ways:
- Mail with the pre-addressed envelope enclosed with your bill
- Phone at (949) 858-0277 – during normal business hours only
- Online at tcwd.ca.gov – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Payment depository boxes are available 24 hours a day for check and money order payments. One box is located at the front driveway entrance to the Administrative Facility (located at 32003 Dove Canyon Drive, Trabuco Canyon) adjacent to the front door. The secondary depository box is located in the Administration Facility parking lot.
BOARD AND COMMITTEE MEETINGS
Committee and Board meetings will be held primarily as conference call meetings; the District’s Administration Facility will continue to serve as the public meeting room, but the District will follow Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and recommendations for social distancing to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The District notes that the public may follow the meeting via conference call. The details for participating by conference call are as follows:
- The Board and Committee Meeting materials can be accessed by clicking on the following link: www.tcwd.ca.gov/transparency/public-meetings
- Conference call numbers will be posted on the agenda along with a participant number.
- You may submit public comments consistent with the agenda to the District Secretary Michael Perea at mperea@tcwd.ca.gov one (1) hour before the start time of the meeting and request that the comments be read into the meeting record.
- You can submit comments to the Board and/or General Manager after the meeting to the District Secretary who will ensure they are forwarded to the Board and/or General Manager.
Please know the District welcomes public input at our Board and Committee meetings and we welcome your participation by listening to the meeting via conference call from your home. The District appreciates your understanding during this time.
