Since 1990, California water utilities have been providing an annual Water Quality Report to their customers by July 1st of every year. This year's report covers water quality testing for calendar year 2019, and has been prepared in compliance with regulations called for in the 1996 reauthorization of the Safe Drinking Water Act.
