Lyft Riders Get Lucky St. Paddy's Weekend: Trabuco Canyon

TRABUCO CANYON, CA — If you're wearing the green, drinking green beer or toasting to tiny Leprechaun's in Orange County, then pay attention. Lyft is offering a new in-ride experience for riders this St. Patrick's day weekend.

"This fully immersive ride experience takes on the spirit of luck this holiday," a spokesperson for Lyft told Patch. "There will be an eye-catching car, unlike anything you've seen on the road and an in-car experience for a chance to test the Luck o' the Irish."

Riders can win big, even as they are turning heads with a car so gold you'll need your shades! Should you instagram when your golden ticket shows up? Absolutely. And ride-sharing is encouraged this holiday weekend, especially after a long stopover at one of the many Irish Pubs across Orange County:

• O'Malley's on Main in Seal Beach
• Muldoon's or Malarky's in Newport Beach
• Hennessey's in Laguna Beach
• The Pub in Lake Forest
• The Sunbrite in Rancho Santa Margarita
• Hennessey's in San Juan Capistrano
• Mulligan's Sports Bar in San Clemente
• The Original Patsy's Irish Pub in Laguna Niguel
• Dublin 4 Gastropub in Mission Viejo
• Branagan's in Fullerton

"If you find the lucky key before your ride ends, the treasure is yours," they said. "Whatever happens, you’ll roll out dripping in gold."
