1st United Credit Union Named a Bay Area Top Workplace for 2020
This is the second consecutive year the Credit Union has been honored
For the second consecutive year, 1st United Credit Union has been awarded a Top Workplaces honor by The Bay Area News Group. The list is based on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
“Investment in our employees has been one of 1st United’s top strategic initiatives for several years,” commented Lynell Fraley, SVP of Human Resources. “We know we are making a difference due to the number of staff who have been able to grow their careers in the organization. Earning this award is one of the checkpoints that tells us we continue to be on the right path.”
