33 Drivers Get Tickets For Crosswalk Violations In Walnut Creek
A saturation patrol was conducted with the help of Concord Police.

WALNUT CREEK, CA — The Walnut Creek Police Department conducted a saturation patrol last week to enforce pedestrian crosswalk laws. In just one day, they pulled over 44 vehicles and issued tickets to 33 drivers for failing to yield to pedestrians in the crosswalk.
In addition, five drivers got tickets for other moving violations while six fortunate drivers received warnings.
Walnut Creek Police got a helping hand from the Concord Police Department to conduct the operation.
