California Tops List of 50 Most Beautiful Places in America

Ocean, mountains, desert, rolling hills, lakes, streams, bays, cities, islands, forests. Think about all of the places that you would ever like to visit in the world. Chances are, California has something similar or better. We truly have it all in the Golden State.

Conde Nast Traveler recently compiled a list of The 50 Most Beautiful Places in America. No surprise, California captured eight of the spots, including the top ranking. Some of the places are predictable, but others may surprise you.

And, maybe, your favorite place isn’t even on this list. We all have special locations that we hold dear in our hearts.
