Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area (CSC) announced that it is welcoming three new well-established professionals to their impressive Board of Directors.
Aeysha Corio, currently a real estate professional with The Corio Group, comes from a long career in both technology and real estate. Aeysha spent nearly two decades as the COO of Black Diamond Appraisals Inc, a residential real estate appraising firm, as well as being a top producing real estate agent with Compass. Outside of her career, Aeysha is an active community member, giving her time to several Bay Area organizations. “I am excited to get started with this great community and am grateful for the opportunity to give back,” said Aeysha. Cancer Support Community is pleased to welcome Aeysha to the Board of Directors and looks forward to leaning on her experience as they expand into Lafayette.
Matt Petroski, Tax Director at Armanino LLP, brings years of experience working with nonprofit organizations throughout the country. As a two-time cancer survivor, Matt said, “I’m looking forward to bringing my passion for helping others who have been impacted by the disease.” Cancer Support Community is thrilled to not only add another great resource with rich knowledge of finance, but someone who truly understands what it feels like to experience cancer.

Angela Shakespeare, National Accounts Manager at Eisai Oncology, is an accomplished leader with nearly 20 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Angela is dedicated to supporting healthcare professionals, advocacy groups, and individuals touched by cancer. “My desire to be a part of Cancer Support Community’s Board of Directors comes from a strong sense of compassion and responsibility. I believe our purpose in this world is to help one another and CSC is a true beacon of hope and connection for people facing cancer,” says Angela. Cancer Support Community is humbled to welcome Angela and her expertise of improving access to treatment and improving the medical journey of people facing cancer.
Celebrating over 30 years in the Bay Area, CSC has supported more than 30,000 people
who have been impacted by cancer. “These three new exceptional professionals will
help to further expand both organizational recognition and reputation in the great Bay
Area,” says CSC CEO Rob Tufel, “as well as build support for developing our new stateof-
the-art cancer center and continuing our focus on serving a diverse group of cancer
patients and their families.”
