WALNUT CREEK, CA — Father's Day is almost here, and Patch is celebrating with fun photos of California dads and their kids!

Jason Heiser of Walnut Creek has a message for his dad, "Thanks for always being there for me and Mom. I don’t know where we’d be without you. You have the heart of a lion and the soul of a saint. We are so blessed to have you in our lives. Much love, Jason" Jason tells us that the photo was taken at Heritage Park in Sacramento, CA. Jason's Mom grew up off Rudgear Road and went to Las Lomas High School. She is the daughter of Dr. Charles and Patricia Hart and the sister of James (Jim) Hart.
